Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, VK, and more. If you're passionate about digital marketing and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, VK, and more.
* Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
* Create high-quality and engaging content for various online channels, including blog posts, social media, and email marketing.
* Optimize ad campaigns, ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages for maximum ROI.
* Monitor and analyze campaign and website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven optimizations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
* Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign impact.
* Provide regular reports on campaign and content performance and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing with expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, VK, and other digital advertising platforms.
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
* Proficiency in creating high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive results.
* Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification is a plus.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
