About Human Resource Management and Development Organization:
HRMDO is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-benefits organization established in 2022 and registered with MOE under registration number 5378.
HRMDO aims as a non-governmental and non-profit social institution is to provide live saving, educational, health and humanitarian services to people in need in society, regardless of political, ethnic, racial, linguistic or other affiliations.

Job Descriptions:
The intern will have 3 months’ internship program to get knowledge and experience in their favorite field (Management, finance, procurement, admin, Program, Gender, M&E, social consoling and health and nutrition).

Duties & Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of interns will be two fold. On one hand, they will be placed in a department each to learn how to perform basic administrative tasks based on learning by doing principle. On the other hand, they will be provided with multiple personal development opportunities through formalized trainings, activities and coaching.
In specific, the interns will;
* Develop their skills and know-how by participating actively in the learning process by performing daily administrative tasks under close supervision of the respective officer.
* Attend and actively take part in the capacity building and training programs designed by HR Department for internship programme.
* Actively take part in weekly coaching sessions with assigned coaches and ensure to make use and get support of coaches at all times for own personal development.
* Present evaluation presentation after 3 months.
* Support department in compiling and updating related information to maintain the Information Coordination activities.

Job Requirements:
* Education: Fresh University Graduated in the field of (project management, business administration, HR, finance and health and nutrition, mental health and Social consoling)
* Experience: Not Required  
* Other qualifications’ an advantage: To know the use of computer (MS-Office Package)
* Languages: Pashto, and Dari, knowledge of English is an asset  
* Geography: Kabul province
