Job Description:
1. Financial Management:
• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

3. Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Manage banking relationships and transactions.
• Optimize cash management strategies to ensure efficient use of resources.

4. Financial Planning and Budgeting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance.
• Work closely with department heads to develop financial plans and strategies.
• Track and analyze financial KPIs to measure performance against targets.

5. Team Leadership and Development:
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software such as quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
