Job Description:
Sama International Trainings & Consultancy is currently seeking highly skilled and certified trainers to join our team. We are looking for the following trainers who have extensive teaching experience and in-depth knowledge of their respective fields.
• QuickBooks and Accounting
• Project Management
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Proposal Writing
• Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• CCTV 
• A+ Hardware 
• Server+ 
• Network+ 
• Web Development 
Job Responsibilities:
As a certified trainer at Sama International, you will be responsible for:
• Designing and developing comprehensive training materials and curricula for your respective field.
• Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups.
• Customizing training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients.
• Assessing participant progress and adjusting training methods accordingly.
• Providing expert guidance and mentorship to trainees to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote training programs and attract participants.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Certification and expertise in one of the following specialized areas: QuickBooks and Accounting, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Proposal Writing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, CCTV, A+ Hardware, Server+, Network+, Web Development.
• Proven track record of delivering effective and engaging training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with participants and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt training content for diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel within Afghanistan for on-site training sessions as needed.
